AI reigning over?

Image
I tried dropping in a line for blog, and this one thought occurred inside of me. " What's even new when writers are being born these days with AI? " 🤣 Let me walk you through. One random critic shattered things up for a 6year old blogger self of mine and it took me a year to muster courage to write "AI can never tie-up your standard of writing". I knew I had to break the mold in a world where  o ne can easily become (1) A DOCTOR and five years of hardships included with sleepless nights look funny. (2)An ARTIST with gemini while the tips of the paint brush strokes at us filled with gross. (3)A WRITER where the captions are absolutely captioning with 0 grammatical errors, alas no hours of penning things up blending with real thoughts. to prove indeed how vulnerable AI Is, and how there's so much than that meets the eye. It's been more than a year since AI took a main role in our lives, or let me say it got people plagiarizing what it says. I'm a g...

THE GIRL DEEP WITHIN! 🌸

Image
She was given wings to fly, Yet she lost her thoughts in the sky.  For in midlife’s calm and chaos blend, She learnt what it meant to truly mend.  The one who was always unlucky with friends, Found her way midway, where healing begins. For those who knew how to hold her near, Found beauty in every flaw and tear. Possessive of hearts she chose to keep, For them, she knew she'd dive oceans deep. They called her high maintenance and yet, She was loved by souls who never forget. Among smiles and laughter she’d often hide, A million thoughts would drift inside.  If lost in crowd, she finds an art In painting loneliness upon her heart. Pretty she was but prettier still, Was the strength she built through her own will. Deprived of importance she quietly knew, To cherish the few who saw her true. She felt genuineness fading away, But faced life’s storms come what may. She knew she was getting matured, The moment she learnt to embrace herself assured There she stands  who’s embarked, gracef...

Walking you through my roots?

Image
Who else expected me to come out with a blog post about my trip to my native place after such a long break? Well, here it is and trust me, it’s been all about the emotions from the mesh detangling. Let’s start with the journey itself. It’s usually a bus ride for us, but this time we decided to take the train and by the book, I think that was the best decision we could’ve made. Reaching Tirunelveli bus stand in the early morning, grabbing a hot cup of coffee and a crisp vada from the tiny shop there. Ah, nothing else comes close to that simple bliss. Homecoming used to mean a house overrunning with relatives and cousins, laughter echoing through every corner and painting the town red. This year, it was fainting. That’s when I got to the picture of life moving too fast. We’ve all scattered across different cities, living in our own worlds. Part of me just wants to rewind time, to those childhood days of running around with my cousins completely nonchalant.  Visiting the place where my pa...

Life felt confusingly surreal! ❤

Image
"Hello," says a person from this super delayed post! (I'm also tenacious, so it'd reach out for sure)  The story continues-> The moment I landed, one thought ran wild in my head: This is where it all begins. That moment when you start noticing every tiny thing that makes a place feel “foreign.” OMG—it’s me, in a foreign land! It felt surreal, my brain was kind of confused but in the most beautiful way. Not sure if everyone goes through that, but it was like my dramatic and naive side showed up just to say hi to this brand new world, all prepped to experience everything. The very first thing that caught my eye? The railway tracks. We had to take the RE(Regional express) and something inside me just went, wait a second- these tracks look the same! The stones that make up the tracks, just like in India. I know it sounds silly, but these are exactly the little norms my mind latches onto when it’s trying to process newness. We hopped on the train, immediately sorted our...

A Swister" wrangle on who loves more?

Image
While the series blog is on hold, I am taking this opportunity to share this mid-post. And just to set the record straight, I’m definitely not trying to provoke jealousy by writing about my sister! In this post, I’m not just expressing emotions, took enough time to articulate this bond of sisterhood and giving it the recognition it deserves. There’s a clear reason why people refer to elder sisters as the third parent without batting an eyelid. She takes me to beautiful places, buys me all the cute stuff, cooks for me, takes care of me, so basically, she does it all. This isn't just bragging; I’m genuinely in awe of how my sister can be so much more than one could imagine. It's clear I follow in her footsteps, and I’m proud to do so (ultimate credit to our parents). At the same time, she’s given me invaluable advice on areas where I can grow, making sure I become an even better person than she is. Not everyone has this level of sincerity. We learn from our mistakes, but don'...

A girl on her first solo adventure ✈️

Image
26th Nov: My First Solo Travel Emotions were running high, but I managed to pack them all into my carry-on bag. And of course, who wouldn’t be excited for their first international flight experience? I'd never been on a flight longer than 2 hours, so this was a whole new world. I kept pinching myself, just to make sure this was real and yes, it was! Chennai to Frankfurt, here we go. The security check and immigration process were a breeze, and after a quick hour of waiting at the gate, I grabbed some water. Then came the best part boarding the plane through the vestibule. It was huge, easily the largest and longest flight I’d ever been on. My mission? To find my seat. And, of course, there it was my window seat. (All 7 flights on this trip had window seats, by the way—lucky me!) I could hardly contain my excitement for takeoff. I didn’t say it out loud, but there’s something undeniably magical about the moment the plane lifts off, no matter where you're headed. 10 hours of solo...

2024: A YEAR THAT REDEFINED ME!

Image
2024 has truly been a year of transformation for me. It’s shown me what real change feels like. I’ve experienced every emotion imaginable, fear, joy, sadness, courage, excitement, curiosity, longing, and so much more.  Who would have thought my most stressful year would end in the blink of an eye? Who would have thought I’d finish my quota what once seemed impossible? That I’d board a solo 10-hour flight, visit the Eiffel Tower, or even fall in love with traveling, despite my former aversion? And who could have imagined that my brother-in-law would become a brother to me in every sense? And Christmas? Christmas, a celebration I’d never experienced before, brought me the most heartwarming memories this year (more on the Christmas markets and food in a later blog post). "Drastic" might be too strong a word, but I can't help but use it to describe a year that has redefined me. Let me take you on a quick ride through my thoughts. A few days ago, I was being appreciated for th...

Let's spill some beans?

Image
People ask me why I stopped writing. Sometimes, it's not a sudden loss of interest; it's simply that nothing has ignited my creativity or captured my imagination to take a pen and wield.  Consider picking up one micelle from the flow: GOSSIP.  “I don’t gossip. Occasionally, I come across information or hear something and pass it on—kind of like a public service.” If you know RACHEL, you know this.  Despite understanding how harmful and toxic gossip can be, and that it undermines relationships and damages community culture, people still engage in it. It’s a psychological pattern I’ll never quite grasp. I'm not writing this as if I’ve never participated in gossip myself. I’ve experienced both sides—the giving and receiving ends—and neither is pretty. If you’re concerned about the latter, remember: let's normalize the fact that not everyone will appreciate or like you, and that gossip is a reality. The world is so vast that other people's opinions matter little. If you...

A minute to embrace. ❤

Image
It's okay to vent out in your outlet. Have you ever felt you've failed at some friendships? Never had I been always lucky with this thing, because it never existed in some places maybe. But here, I'd like to tell you all about something I had been feeling a few minutes ago. Despite people banging in and out of my life, I do feel warmth to have been surrounded by people who are genuinely there for me through my pros and cons, smiles and tears. They put effort into the dandleboard to raise me higher, so aren't these individuals the ones I consider the truest of friends? That's when I discovered, that you don't need a crew, at times just one can make you feel it's sufficiently enough. It's enough to have one who would settle on you over everyone and where two of you can be incrementally revealing. At this juncture in my life, I would like to embrace the inner loop I have to dote on for the rest of my life together. I'm so appreciative of what you people...

Solitariness- into effecting!

Image
Hello people. It's so pronounced I have something very crucial to be blogged about.   A few days fall very heavily, this day is one among those which is possibly why I'm here with you all. So, it's a month of me being self-dependent with all my chores, and stresses. One cliched message coming into being on my part-> "Home is where your happiness lies". Frankly, I'm one among those who cuddle and shadow my immediate ones for a normal day to pass on. Never did I imagine having to spend an independent life for a span of days miles away/overseas from them. Fevers, monthly stresses both physical and mental I go through had all to be handled by myself, couldn't be more proud that merely 5% of these days went with intense and intolerant missings, rest with insights. So hard to get on to the fact, that I dare to cope and live a solo life yet the aches for being with family and spending time together is mandatory. Journey unscrewed potentials in me whilst coming...

11.59pm and Wild Realisations!

My dad back then asked me "How much sense do you think exact 12' o clock wish makes?" and still asks. Here's me growing up with this ironically answerable uncertainty. I'm wildly sincere to know how from twiddling the thumbs the day before the birthday and glancing at the raven screen of the phone until 11.59 knowing the subsequent minute you're gonna get overflows of messages and rings from people you foreknow to sleeping at 11 shows your GROWTH. With not fancying 12' o clock wishes or social media flood now, you feel so good and convinced on figuring out the fact you're adulting and don't sigh for those little things that indeed you thought will put your day together. Now, uncertainty answered with maturity. Perhaps, this birthday is the one I was least keen about with expectations, not sure if that is why it went around out to be very delicate! Once you know it's just YOU who's fetching on the new track, it's all about you making you...

Dynamizing the spectrum!

Image
How well do you know about these two traits? INTROVERT AND EXTROVERT And do people exist in two extremes of that scale? We have never put an effort into becoming cognizant of what these two words mean and putting them in use only for the reason of being influenced by social media. We all must have drawn to one misconception that being active in social media is at one spectrum being an extrovert and not being active-> into the introvert scale, which just serves 10% right, not the totality. That "WE" doesn't exclude me, henceforth I'm here after squaring up to the fact. We must know that every particular being has both sides of these two extreme traits, with one ruling more than the other, all on proclivity. The psyches of human souls merely need a contoured idiosyncratic feature for indeed creating an identity for the people around us. Holding our uniqueness, the way of perceiving, judging, lifestyle, and energy are all put together, which is a mini complex world yo...

Time to anaesthetise your weak nerves off stage.

Image
Here's the one from the "Once in a while" roll. Have you ever felt like never being able to pitch in and do a part to set forth your talents? If you have, trust me you're not alone. For my part, dance and speaking->things I set a great store by, still working here to oversee why I've never stood to fetch these on the show to people and why I've been receding from the view. Ages since this doubt, yet that question is taking a dot now. Considering three significant factors of hesitance. 1) Fear of disappointment 2) Lack of self-confidence 3) Fear of being judged 1 & 2: can only be overcome when you start becoming comfortable with doing mediocre stuff or things you think are mediocre and things you think you're not promising at never knowing what ranks it can make you catch up with. Never miss a chance to take on things else you’ll get underway regretting them later. Okay, now one quick walkathon? I recently got a window opened to seize up the mic n s...

Why different perspectives aren't normalised?

Image
Recess-ness is incredibly crucial to get an ultimate occurrence and proficiency out of a situation. And that's the intention that may be why I've earned the lengthiest recess possible from my blogs.  I lately came across a film, that symbolised the fact that friends of the opposite gender can only be romantically involved. How logical it can be? Why friends can't be just friends? I've never fancied Rom-ione from HP and Mon-dler from F.R.I.E.N.D.S big time though. I just can't keep racking my brain about this anymore. There are harmonious soulmates, food soulmates out there ( Counting on the fact that a soulmate is the one you share your curiosities with). Romantic soulmates s just one among many, and hence not all connections between a girl and boy are charming. They can kick around, click snapshots, and in truth, possessiveness and care can tease apart but why is this glimpsed with a sick mentality? Of course, there are numerous beautiful epitomes of Best friend co...

F.R.I.E.N.D.S (could this BE more true?!)

Image
It takes a lot to write this. Of all that I've taken a bizarre of, this is something very crucial to pen down. Here's one blog that shows upshifts with 2 viewpoints. Scrolling through social media, I went beyond a good quote that said "Having two/three devoted friends with whom you've so many mutual things to share is so much better than having a bunch whilst striving to find a theme to chat about". Like, have you ever felt this? I have for certain. Straight from my innocence, I've invariably yearned for a bunch of friends to touch upon it as a squad with comfort. But every sole time, it has been an utter failure and it took me 20years to understand why it was and that I was so much into being a wallflower. Yes, always good to have a small orbit that keeps diminishing as you grow old, but those are the most expensive deep friends who can indeed stand by you through all your heart-rending moments. A place edge where a mini troop of people who can comprehend you...

Dramatic Adventurer's Gate: Open?

Image
I know it's been more than a while because nothing pricked my brain off to write about until these two beautiful journeys I've been through.   Here's me glimpsing out the absolutely beautiful journeys of mine.  Roadscape-ing! We all ascertain about the phrase that says the travel is more beautiful than the port of call which can make almost all of us approve of it. For those who are allergic to traveling, don't travel along with us for a few minutes since I don't want to make you more sensitized with the narration. Bus journeys cross swords to my car's, nevertheless the latter wins it up. Do you guess anything else further than a serene climate along with headphones(+a window seat) that can hit off during travels? But if it's common in your case, you need to go on turns for your favorite ones.  Geez, let's stop by for a tea/coffee marking that as my most-liked portion. Hill stations they are. Climbing up the hills, especially the bell-pin bends can scare...

Journey of Resilience - part 2! ✨

Image
One and half years was more lengthy than I imagined it to be. Here's the most awaited part- THE REUNION! Happiest I was as soon as I got my model exams over. Coming home filled with joy having the broadest smile I can ever have which was unforeseen, later when I got to know about the sudden plan about the next day, that I'm going to meet my sister. Can you just imagine how sleeplessly I would have spent that night? Waking up being highly neurotic that continued all over the way. I also had the outlook that I'd keep updating the episode to people as promised. The tracking I did for us to reach the location kept racking my brain that I'm nearing something I've been twiddling my thumbs for. And that happened ultimately, could get a glimpse of my sister out of a few meters distance from the car which obliterated all the anger and the confrontation I had for her making to India this late. Our favorite music started playing in our minds already, opened the car which was a...

Journey of Resilience! ✨

Image
Hope it's going well with you all! ✨ A delayed post that was supposed to be posted a week before. This is not a self-appreciation post, but a post that needs the world to know how this one year has created an impact on my life.  If you haven't known SWI sisters yet, this one is for you! September 25, 2021 Today dots one year since a long exhausting journey to and from Bangalore that plotted major fluctuations. I kept foreseeing the flight to be halted for at least one hour so that we could live up in-person "Swi" hours a little more. Attempted hard to curtain up my sob face, but the cords weren't tight enough that it had to tumble down! But we were able to see that assurance in her that stood against how I was. Even the silliest readings in my life wouldn't enact without her suggestions back then that led me to lose my confidence levels. Her promise that she would visit India within 6months maintained the balance for then. How the other half of the year went d...

Serene Morning! 🤍

While having another blog on the process, couldn't resist posting this. Here's me sharing a very short piece of early morning tale that sparked off in me, here's how the fantasy yet verity went.  Before the start, I'd like to let you know about the swift-unknowable craving to write about this one morning filled up with vim-vigor and peace. Sounds of heavy thunders waking me up through windows, with all those late realizations to the phone which kept ringing to check if I'd be able to turn up today for college, as a matter of course everyone knows all my Saturday slacks, until and unless I was apparent with my husky dawn voice. I've always settled on being a night owl than being a morning chirpy person, imaginably that's the reason why I'm here jotting down this whilst wondering how mornings can be this beautiful. Add point: Out of insanity, I thought I'm getting supplementary hours giving "Night owl" a benefit of the doubt lacking my health...

Dramatic school episode!

September 5- Many of you might have guessed by now the day I'm inferring to. It's something incredibly unusual to share with! So let's go?! Prelude: That distinct way of adoring the teacher's day with the 12th graders taking the teachers role for the entire hours is one we love the most from our school days. Now can you just visualize how fun it would be when the roles are switched? Let me walk you through it. 05.09.2019 Waking up to the excitement, where my sleepless face looked sharp. Being draped in a saree for the very first time, who knew about the commute struggles that would make all that my mom dressed me up in vain? But still, let's try to overlook that wrath. Upon reaching the school I was trying to ignore all the unusual eyes of the juniors for I know the weird feeling we all get when we are a little different over the costume maybe?!  Then a slow walk, the beautiful part was in going past the gate, glimpsing all my teachers and their imitators in their...
